SAAM Virtual Book Club on April 28

Join Voices of Hope, Francie & Finch, and Indigo Bridge Books for a virtual discussion of Chanel Miller’s Know My Name via Zoom.

We knew her as Emily Doe, the person behind the gut-wrenching and articulate victim-impact letter in the Brock Turner sexual assault trial. In this memoir, she reclaims her story and identity with the intention to highlight the injustices and oppression survivors face in the criminal justice system and our culture in the aftermath of their trauma, even by those in “best-case” scenarios.

We strongly encourage you to shop local for this event! Both Francie & Finch and Indigo Bridge Books are generously offering discounts on Know My Name during the month of April. Call Francie & Finch at (402) 781-0459 or Indigo Bridge Books at (402) 477-7770 to place your order and arrange delivery or curbside pick-up.

If you're not located in Lincoln or prefer to listen to books, you can purchase audio books from through Francie & Finch's website. Right now you can get two-for-one with a new membership or 20% off a single audio book and 100% of the sales go directly to Francie & Finch.
